Sessions are offered in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format, depending on your location, schedule, and what best supports your wellness.
Virtual sessions are held through a secure video platform and allow you to meet from the comfort of your own space. In person sessions are available for clients who prefer face to face connection. Some women choose a hybrid approach, combining virtual and in person sessions as their needs change.
You can book a session directly through my online scheduling system.
Once your session is booked, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details you need, including how to prepare and what to expect. If you are unsure which service is right for you, I recommend starting with the First Time Wellness Consultation so we can connect and determine the best next step together. I accept most cash apps.
Rates vary based on the type of service and level of support.
The First Time Wellness Consultation is $49.99 for a 60 minute session. Ongoing coaching and mentoring options are shared after your initial consultation so they can be aligned with your specific goals and needs.
Payment is accepted securely online at the time of booking. Additional payment options may be discussed if needed.

A limited number of sliding scale options may be available based on need and availability. These options are offered thoughtfully and are not guaranteed. If cost is a concern, you are welcome to bring this up during your consultation so we can explore what support may be possible or discuss alternative resources.

Our first session is a 60 minute conversation focused on you.
We will talk about where you are in your life right now, what feels heavy or stuck, and what you are hoping for. You can share as much or as little as you want. There is no pressure to tell your whole story.
During this time, I will:
• Listen with care and without judgment
• Ask thoughtful questions to help bring clarity
• Help you notice patterns that may be affecting your wellness
• Explore what you want to move toward
• Hold a calm, grounded, emotionally safe space
This session is not therapy and it is not a sales call. It is a genuine conversation meant to help you feel supported and clear.
By the end of the session, you will have a clearer understanding of:
• What you are experiencing and why
• What support may help you most right now
• What your next steps could look like
If it feels aligned, we can talk about ongoing coaching or mentoring options. If not, you will still leave with insight, clarity, and direction.
There is no pressure to continue.

Many of the women I work with are strong, capable, and self aware, yet still carry unresolved wounds from childhood, relationships, addiction, or chronic stress.
My coaching blends guidance, mentorship, accountability, and emotional safety. I do not just listen. I walk alongside you, help you see patterns, build clarity, and take aligned steps forward.
I am a holistic wellness coach who supports women in healing and strengthening their whole life. That includes emotional health, nervous system regulation, recovery and sobriety, spiritual growth, and physical wellness such as nutrition and lifestyle changes for conditions like diabetes.

My coaching is not therapy and it does not replace counseling or mental health treatment. Therapy often focuses on diagnosing, treating, and processing clinical issues, while counseling typically works within a medical or licensed framework.
Coaching with me is future focused, strengths based, and growth oriented, while still honoring your past. We explore how your experiences shaped you, but we do not stay stuck there. We use insight to create movement.
My mentoring style means I bring lived experience, wisdom, and practical guidance into the coaching relationship. I help you navigate real life decisions, emotional patterns, and spiritual growth in a grounded, supportive way.
Sponsorship is typically program specific and follows a structured model. My work is more holistic and individualized, integrating emotional healing, nervous system awareness, faith, personal responsibility, and vision.

Wellness coaching is the foundation of my work.
As a trauma informed wellness coach, I help women improve their overall quality of life by addressing the root causes of what keeps them stuck. This may include trauma, addiction, emotional patterns, chronic stress, poor boundaries, or unhealthy habits around food, movement, and self care.
In wellness coaching, we focus on:
• Emotional and nervous system health
• Sobriety and recovery support
• Healing trauma and old patterns
• Improving relationship with food and the body
• Supporting lifestyle changes for diabetes and chronic conditions
• Building daily structure and healthy routines
• Clarifying goals and creating sustainable change
Wellness coaching is forward focused while honoring your lived experience. We work toward real life changes that support long term health, stability, and freedom.
Mentoring is how I coach.
In addition to coaching tools, I bring lived experience, wisdom, and practical guidance. I do not sit back silently. I walk with you, offer perspective, and share insight when it supports your growth.
Mentoring may include:
• Guidance through recovery and sobriety
• Support during life transitions and reinvention
• Encouragement and accountability
• Modeling emotional regulation and self trust
• Helping you apply insights to everyday life
Mentoring allows the work to feel human, grounded, and supportive rather than clinical or detached.
Sponsorship is program specific.
Sponsorship is typically connected to a structured recovery program and focuses on step work, accountability, and spiritual growth within that framework. It has clear expectations and boundaries.
While my wellness coaching and mentoring are informed by my recovery experience, sponsorship is a separate role. If you are seeking a traditional sponsor, I can help you discern whether sponsorship, coaching, or both would best support you at this time.
You may not fit neatly into one category, and that is okay.
Some women come to me for trauma healing.
Some come for sobriety support.
Some come to improve their health, relationship with food, or manage diabetes.
Many come for all of it.
Together, we determine what kind of support best serves your wellness, safety, and goals.
You do not have to compartmentalize your healing.
